The end of December 2009 marked the 200th ETCO ELITE Apprentice to be taught at our training facility in Martynsfield. This new accolade went to 25-year old ETCO Apprentice Bernadette Dolan from Auckland. Competing to be heard above 14 males, Bernadette settled in well and is proving to be capable both practically and theoretically. At interview she said that she would like to have joined the trade earlier. But now she is more confident being in the predominantly male environment.

Bernadette has achieved her off job Levels 2, 3 & 4 and has also studied at University.

At a barbeque held at Martynsfield and following the team quiz night, Bernadette was acknowledged as the 200th ELITE student and presented with a small gift kindly supplied by IDEAL Electrical of Pukekohe.
