Coordination Services

Each host company is assigned an ETCO apprenticeship coordinator who is responsible for ensuring that the host company's needs are considered and that all practical steps are taken to ensure the apprentices fulfill the requirements of their ITO training agreement and EWRB registration.

ETCO Apprenticeship Coordinators will:

• Carry out regular performance appraisals of the apprentice with feedback to the host company
• Provide workplace assessments of the apprentice's skills
• Liaise with the relevant Industry Training Organisations
• Liaise with the relevant off-job training provider
• Liaise with the Electrical Workers Registration Board
• Coach and mentor the apprentice so they can perform to their best both on- and off-job
