Host companies can be asured that apprentices provided by ETCO are of a high quality.

The recruitment process employed by ETCO identifies applicants with the right academic ability, aptitude and attitude needed to complete the requirements of the apprenticeship.

After initial in-house training covering statutory safety requirements, hand tool skills and basic theory, the apprentices are then available for placement with approved host companies to gain the experience needed to fulfill the on-job requirements of their ITO Training Agreement.
