Host companies are invoiced weekly for the actual time the apprentice spends at work. Time away from work due to sickness, leave, block courses etc is not charged.
Payment by direct debit is actioned 10 days after presentation of each invoice (as per legislation). This allows the host company sufficient time to check and verify the invoice against the apprentice's time sheet.
